Elements of classic Italian residential architecture such as vaulted floor to ceiling windows and the characteristic roofs in red shingles have been combined with modern touches, including a contemporary style kitchen.

Around the property, there is the possibility of walking, from a few hundred meters on the flat to more inaccessible paths leading to Civitanova Marche’s village and Civitanova Alta in a few minutes. It is possible to set up a massage or fitness area with yoga, pilates, and meditation teachers in the Studio area.
